The Features
The heads are designed to ride hook up, round side down, with the eyelet at the foremost tip. This design reduces fouling remarkably. A special locking tab, designed to connect securely to the collar on the body, is molded 3/8 of an inch down the shank. The heads are available with Eagle Claw short gold or long nickel-plated hooks, 1/8 ounce to 1-1/3 pounds, and coated with epoxy paint that will not chip or melt in your tacklebox.
If there's one thing that puts a SureKetch lure ahead of the competition, it's our patented collar system. A guide hole is provided to direct the hook through the body's exclusive locking collar. The collar then snaps over the locking tab on the head, preventing the body from slipping down the hook.
The soft plastic body comes in three main shapes that closely simulate live bait, and numerous colors. The jig head itself is virtually weed-free.
The wide kurl tail of the SureKurl and the large tail of the Ketcho Minno have better movement and vibration than their competition. The soft plastic helps create the movement, and the variety of tail colors add to the appeal of these very active lures.
Talk to any fisherman and he'll tell you the best color of lure for catching fish. Chances are, it's not the same color you'd pick. And the fish might not agree either that day.
At SureKetch, we've got you covered. Whatever your hunch might be about the best color, for the type of fish, for the weather, for the season, we make a lure that you'll want. All our colors are tried and tested. Sure, there are a few favorites, but we don't make one that hasn't proved itself as attractive in the murky world of underwater refraction.
A complete list of colors and shapes is available in our bait store.
